Matt Broey Cotter is a drummer based in Kent & Sussex, UK.

Highlights include recording at BBC Maida Vale studios, gaining airplay on BBC Radio 1, and performing at some of the UK’s biggest festivals including Glastonbury, T in the Park and Bestival (please enquire for full CV).

Matt studied at the British and Irish Modern Music Institute between 2012 and 2015, and went on to become a drum tutor at the Sussex Academy of Music until relocating to Kent in August 2016.

Matt is currently working on an album with alternative/shoegaze band Pen Name and can primarily be seen performing across Europe with CoCo and the Butterfields. He also teaches at Right Track Music Studio in Ashford and DrumWise in Maidstone.
